Our Services:

Upon submission of the Order and/or payment, you are acquiring the Product for your exclusive use. All Products are crafted by freelance writers who have transferred all rights and ownership concerning the Products to the Company. All Products are non-refundable and do not come with any warranties, expressed or implied. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions before placing any Order and/or payment on this Website.

Refund Policy:

Understanding our refund policy is crucial to comprehend the privileges and limitations governed by Ghostwriting Mentors. Refunds are approved only under specific circumstances and conditions, outlined as follows:

Change of Mind:
  • Customers are entitled to a full refund before our writers/editors commence work on the project.
  • If you decide against continuing your project with us after placing your order, you may request a refund within the first hour of order placement. Please note that we will charge a 40% processing fee in any other cases.
Incompetent Delivery:
  • Following the delivery of the work, customers may request a refund only after exploring all available options, as detailed below:
  • If the delivered work fails to meet the project requirements as specified by the customer, we are dedicated to ensuring 100% satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure the delivery meets expectations. We will assign, re-assign, and re-write the work as necessary to achieve complete satisfaction.
  • Customers are entitled to reserve FREE Pages for future use, of equivalent value, which can be redeemed at any time.

If we are unable to deliver as requested, a refund will be processed based on mutual agreement, but only in cases where the delivery substantially deviates from the requirements.

Late Delivery:
  • While we prioritize "On Time Delivery," if we fail to deliver the requested service on time for any reason, after a minimum of three attempts to contact us, a refund will be issued once it is established, through documentary evidence, that the delay was the company's fault.
Refund Time Frame:
  • · Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.
  • Customers are advised of the refund claim deadline at the time of order placement.
Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued:
  • Refunds will only be processed with mutual agreement in cases of minor technical errors, such as grammatical, typing, word count, or missing references. The company will settle for partial refunds or offer discounts for future purchases.
  • The company is not liable for delays caused by the client.
  • Refunds will not be issued based on subjective opinions of writing quality.
